The short version
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads nothing from third parties. It collects no personal data from visitors. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising.
That is not a policy position we intend to hold loosely — it is what a technical audit of the live site measured, and this page will change on the day it stops being true.
Who is responsible
Bojan Zimmermann, Slovenia — contact@prioraxis.com. Under the GDPR, this makes him the controller for any personal data processed through this site.
What happens when you visit
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) records standard technical information for every request — your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser type. This happens at the server level for security and operation, as it does for every website. We do not use these logs to identify visitors or build profiles. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies: none. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences.
Browser storage: none. Nothing is written to local or session storage.
Third parties: none. Fonts are hosted on our own server. No content delivery network, no embedded video, no social widgets, no external scripts. Loading this site contacts no domain other than prioraxis.com.

If you email us
If you write to contact@prioraxis.com, your message and address reach a standard email inbox and are kept as long as needed to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to any personal data we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@prioraxis.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
Changes
This page is dated. If what the site does changes — analytics, an email list, an account system — this page changes before the change goes live, not after.
The weekly email
If you subscribe to the Monday Read, we hold your email address and the date you confirmed it. Sending is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris), acting as our processor. Your address may transit servers in the United States or India; details in Brevo’s data processing agreement your find at https://www.brevo.com/legal/termsofuse/.
Subscribing takes two steps: you enter your address, and you confirm it by clicking a link we send. Nothing is sent before that click.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop sending, and we keep only what is needed to make sure you are not added again. To have your data deleted entirely, write to read@prioraxis.com.
