PRIORAXIS publishes a measurement of where Bitcoin stands in its market cycle, together with a written reading of what that measurement shows. It is educational information, published in public, and free to read.

Not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. PRIORAXIS does not know your circumstances, your holdings, or your goals, and does not attempt to. What you do with the information published here is your decision alone, made at your own risk.
Bitcoin is volatile. People lose money in it, including people using rules-based methods. Past behaviour of any instrument — including the one published here — does not tell you what will happen next.
No warranty
The measurements are computed from public data by documented methods, with care. They are provided as they are, without any warranty that they are accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Data sources fail; software has defects; when a day’s data does not pass our checks, we publish nothing for that day rather than an estimate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PRIORAXIS and its operator accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or reliance on anything published here, including financial loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Your keys, your coins
PRIORAXIS never holds funds, never executes transactions, and never asks for exchange API keys or wallet access. Any transaction you make is made by you, at your own venue, on your own initiative.
Content and copying
The text, measurements, charts and design on this site belong to their author. You are welcome to quote and link to them with attribution. Republishing pages wholesale, or presenting the measurements as your own, is not permitted.
Premium
Where Premium is available. PRIORAXIS Premium is not offered to residents of the European Economic Area. Subscribing requires confirming your country of residence, and we rely on that confirmation. If it is inaccurate — including where residence is misrepresented by VPN, proxy, or billing details from another country — we may end the subscription, and any refund is at our discretion. The thirty-day refund promise applies to subscriptions made in good faith; it does not apply where residence was misrepresented. The Monday Read remains free and available everywhere.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the date below tells you when they last did. Slovenian law applies.
